I just had my first dental implant installed by Dr. Kelmenson and I could not have imagined it be so easy! I opted for the local anesthesia and after the initial injection (which Dr. Kelmenson always apologizes for), I had no pain. In fact the day after the implant, I had no pain whatsoever. Given the staff and Dr. Kelmenson, I am looking forward to all of my future appointments.

The best dentist office ever. I have been seeing Dr Gordon for 30+ years at several different locations. She is thorough, gentle and very understanding. My teeth are happy going to this office.

Dr Gordon was amazing. She was friendly and made me feel very at ease. She kept me informed of everything she was doing and at the end of the procedure she took the time to explain how long it might take for the numbness to go away and what do do if I felt like the bite wasn't right after the numbing went away. I would highly recommend both DR Gordon and Dr Kelmenson!

The front desk personnel are friendly. I was taken to the back at my appointment time. The hygienist and Dr. Gordon are professional and gentle.

For as much as I hate going to the dentist, my visits to Dr. Gordon are always pleasant. She is so gentle and down-to-earth and she remembers so many facets of my life that have nothing to do with dentistry. I feel important when I visit my dentist. Dr. Gordon has staffed her office with really nice gentle people. I can't say enough good things about my dentist and her staff!

My first contact was to make an appt at 8:30am w/complaints about a sore tooth, I was given an appt for 11:30am, along w/an email address for my previous dentist to send x-rays for consultation. Upon arrival I filled out the standard forms (which could use an update as they were black & white copies of colored forms & difficult to read & fill out [only complaint]). I expected a long wait due to the last minute appt. The waiting area was comfortable, had magazines I could’ve passed the time with but the wait was not long. The x-ray tech/assistant was friendly & considerate of my comfort while getting a good set of images. Dr. Kelmenson saw me very soon after being put in the chair, listened to my complaints before looking at my teeth. He did a thorough exam, explained clearly his opinion, put my mind at ease, suggested a cleaning & a “let’s keep an eye on it” approach instead of possibly unnecessary procedures. I was given a follow up appt for 2 days later. I have found my last dentist.

I love coming to the office! Everyone is so friendly and warm. So glad I found this dental office a few years back. It's like coming home when I walk through the door!

I have always had a terrible fear of the dentist and had let my teeth go for too long. I needed emergency extractions on multiple teeth. The staff was so kind, gentle and truly made me feel welcome. You're compassion, kindness and genuine desire to help your patients' was evident- truly life changing! I have a new perception of the dentist office and look forward to working with your office! Everyone is friendly and caring and keep the patient comfortable for the visit . The high level of experience of both Doctors accounts for the excellent treatment received. Keep up the excellent work.

I actually look forward to coming to the dentist because Dr. Gordon and the entire staff are always so warm and welcoming.

Dr. Gordon is great, very friendly, answers any and all questions and explains everything very well. She takes her time. The staff is great as well.

I want to offer one piece of advice. The number of reminders patients receive about upcoming visits is excessive and somewhat annoying. I received two texts and two emails within the week leading up to my visit, each of which I confirmed that I was planning to attend the visit. I was surprised to learn from the staff that this is on purpose. Please, if we respond to one reminder to confirm the appointment, don't then send an additional 3 reminders after that.

Everyone is friendly, compassionate and knowledge. The office is fresh, clean and comfortable. I appreciate the excellent care I received.

As usual, everyone was friendly and I only waited a couple of minutes before I was called in for my semi-annual teeth cleaning. I think my whole visit was finished in half an hour or so.

Love the staff and the atmosphere...family of 4 have been going there since 2007.

A co-worker recommended Kelmenson and Gordon to me for dental services over 20 years ago. I like the professional but personal care that I received and have been with them ever since; I even had my kids seen there as well.

Dr. Gordon is excellent and wonderful! She is very informative and answers any questions that my husband and I might have. My hygienist was excellent too and very competent and friendly.

Overall my office visits are pleasant and every member of the staff are generally very friendly and helpful. I love my dentist, Dr. Gordon. She is very professional and generally makes me feel very comfort and at ease during any procedure. She is simply wonderful!!! And although I did experience some miscommunication at the front desk during my last visit, I can not say how extra wonderful both her and her staff are. I just think that having a little some communication with a patient to ensure they completely understand what is to be expected when it comes to billing and how they will be charged, certainly would be helpful rather than being catch off guard and faced with an unexpected bill. Communication is key and certainly could be appreciated and welcomed.

Good visit ; However I was disappointed as the dentist told me he would refer the periodontist her knew yet the periodontist was retired. Office staff very good. I am still in great paint in my teeth and with the TMJ issues in my jaw and head. I really need more help now.

I am a senior citizen and have been to many dentists throughout the years in the many places we have lived. This is the first review I have written about a dentist because I am so impressed with Dr. Marcia Gordon! We moved to Perry Hall 4 years ago and so far, I had only required cleanings, which were great! However, yesterday I had to have a filling replaced. Absolutely the best experience I ve had for any dental procedure! A big Thank You and Kudos to Dr. Gordon!

I've been a patient here for 15 years. I had some awful experiences elsewhere and like many I used to hate going to the dentist. The staff here is so friendly. Both dentists are very good. I've had a few emergencies over the years and they have been able to see me and treat me the same day.
 
They have a really clean and modern office. I feel like I get really good care and that the doctors care about me and my teeth. They really care about the work they do and ensure you get a good outcome.
 
I am never going to any other dentist. I recommend these folks to everyone.

The best dentists in town! Clean, friendly office. They are great with kids and really know their stuff. Both dentists are great (I have seen both). Also, I can't recommend enough the whitening kit. My teeth have never looked better.

I've been a patient here for a while now. I've seen both Dr. Kelmenson and Dr. Gordon. I really like that this is a small practice. I used to go to a larger practice but I always felt rushed during my appointment and never knew which dentist I would see. The place felt like a dental factory. Dr. Kelmenson and Dr. Gordon keep a clean office and a really friendly staff. They remember me and take their time to talk with me. Also, they can always make room for me in the schedule. Best dentists in Maryland.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kelmenson for 3 years now. He's very good at what he does. Very knowledgeable. I've had cleanings, emergency procedures and a dental implant. He has a clean office and great staff. Definitely go to Dr. Kelmenson for dental implants. He's so good at this and the procedure is way easier than I expected.

My family has been patients here for the past 8 years. They are the best dental office we have been to. All the staff is very friendly, especially the assistants. If you are at all nervous about the dentist, they are able to make you feel comfortable and ease your worries.

Me and my daughter have been coming to see Dr. Gordon for about 15 years. The staff is so friendly and the wait time is about five minutes or less every visit. Great dentist office.

Visiting this office is like a mini-vacation for me. The friendly atmosphere and personalized attention is refreshing and relaxing!

I tell family, co-workers and friends to visit. I love this dental practice. I don't make myself sick anticipating the dental visit like with my previous dentist. I enjoy seeing my dentist and her assistants each time I visit, even if I have to return because of a problem.

My recommendation starts with the people. Drs. Gordon and Kelmenson treat you like a person and breakdown issues and costs. Their staff are always so friendly and it is a pleasure to visit the office (which many won't say about a dentist).
